50% deposit can now be paid and is non returnable on cancelation, upto a week before hire, over a week, we will refund half the deposit. should a hire be canceled within 24 hours of the hire time we reserve the right to invoice the customer the remaining balance of the hire. this is upto the company's discretion.

please include the date of your hire on note to seller/referance

We will send you a further email when a driver is allocated the job, this email will contain your drivers name and mobile number. you don't have to take any further action other than checking the times and dates are what you ordered.

As with all transport we are only able to meet your booking times if we are not delayed by events outwith our control, we will always try to be on time, however if we are delayed by events not within our control we will contact you and let you know what time your vehicle will turn up. we also reserve the right to substitute other vehicles that can accommodate the amount of people you are carrying.

Airport returns.

please supply us with details of your return flights including departure airport, flight number and expected arrival time. delays in flights are a regular event, please don't worry we can track your flight and still collect you on time, however if your delayed flight arrival time encroaches on other hires already booked (including school contracts), we will try to arrange alternative transport from our pool of trusted operators. If we can’t get another operator to cover this we will advise you of when we can have you picked up. If you decide to make your own way home no refund will be given.

If you supply us with the wrong Information and we turn up at wrong time we will charge you the full price of a 1 way transfer from your chosen airport if you want us to come back for you at the right time this will be paid in advance, no payment will mean we won't come back for you, this is all subject to availability.

invoicing

companies may pay by invoice we will set a standard 7 day payment term on all invoices, failure to pay before the due date will incur an additional invoice being sent EVERY day with a late payment charge of 3% per day over (comnpound) and will be on immediate terms. minimum late payment charge is £30/day. After the first invoice, payment terms will increase to 14 day payment terms and then 28 day payment terms on successful payment of the 3rd invoice on time. failure to pay first invoce on time will require pre-payment for any subsequent work.
